Provide explanations of product, aftermarket products and warranties. Solve product problems for clients in a timely manner. Resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of both the dealer and the client. Attend training seminars annually and master material covered. Attend weekly sales meetings. Master knowledge of full product line and demonstrate for clients. Prepare and present bids and routinely negotiate price of product with clients on dealer’s behalf to optimize profits. Sell finance and insurance products to customers. Build and maintain rapport with customers to build a client base for repeat and referral business. Maintain dealership reputation. Produce and submit paperwork as required. Conduct business in ethical manner. Complete and confirm necessary paperwork for sales and leases including titles, lien information, taxes, etc. Understand and follow rules and procedures. Uphold company non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
