Jon has worked extensively in the real estate industry for 23 years. His work has entailed real estate development, new construction, finance, asset management, operations, human resources and title and escrow. He was a county manager for Associated Title Insurance Agency, First American Title Insurance Company and Summit Title Insurance Agency. He founded Horizon Title Insurance Agency Insurance in 2000 with multiple offices throughout the state. He owned and operated that venture for 5 years, then successfully sold the company in 2005 to focus 100% of his time on real estate development, new construction, rehab and real estate asset management. While owning and operating Horizon Title, he founded JC Consulting, LLC in 2001, a business development and real estate consulting company which provided consulting services for real estate developments and new construction projects throughout the state of Utah. He has owned and operated numerous companies throughout his professional career and consulted for other companies through the start-up phases to production. He brings his substantial experience in the world of title and escrow, real estate development and construction and the many facets of the real estate industry to buying and selling REO’s. His level of experience, professionalism and knowledge in this realm makes him invaluable to the company. Currently he serves as a manager of Aequitas Enterprises, LLC. The Aequitas companies have bought and sold over 2,000 homes since its inception.
