Managed escalations of key issues blocking development.  Developed common license management architecture to reliably deploy licenses and software to worldwide locations. Automated log management, collection and processing to generate a variety of web-based utilization reports. Used reports and forecast data to determine trends and contract/maintenance renewal recommendations and internal cost allocations (charge backs). Implemented Coverity static analysis tools that continually analyzed ~30M lines of code. Helped project teams remove high impact defects from the system. Developed ability to resolve defects before submitting code to an official load.
