Instructor Schedule Utilization and Qualification Template-Excellent in MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook etc.) Application - advanced expertise.AP PAYABLES:-Preparing bills, invoices for booking.-Posts supplier payments by recording cash, cheques, and credit card transactions.-Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.- Maintains records by microfilming invoices, debits, and credits.-Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.-Generate reports detailing accounts payables status. (PO-Invoice)-Understand expense accounts and cost centers.-Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.- Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries-Petty cash Liquidation-CAE Middle East Pilot Services (CMEPS), Freelancer Timesheet Checking for Payment Processing- Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the AP function-Knowledgeable in the use of SAP ARIBA, Sales Force Management Workforce, Oracle Cloud ERP, Gemini, Zeta, Zoho software, etc
