Blue Compass RV has grown significantly since the first motor home was sold on June 29, 2018 with over 150,000 RVs sold in 5 years. Blue Compass is the fastest growing RV company with over 100 RV stores in 33 states generating over $3 billion in annual revenue.

Managed investments and provided strategic advice to entrepreneurs and growth companies.

Served on AutoNation's Executive Committee from 2004-2017, the senior leadership team for the company. A key member of the AutoNation management team that drove the strategy/execution of the company's extraordinary growth phase from a start-up to a $20 billion retail enterprise from 1996-2000.Led the corporate development team and drove AutoNation's strategic growth program from 2011-2017, resulting in approximately $4 billion in annual revenue from new businesses. Led the human resources organization from 2004-2017, which developed AutoNation University, an industry-leading management training and development program. The HR team was responsible for employee and labor relations, recruiting and staffing, performance management, succession planning and development, and compensation. As General Counsel from 2000-2017, served as chief legal advisor for AutoNation and led the team of attorneys responsible for all aspects of AutoNation's legal affairs in the highly-regulated automotive retail industry. Also served as Corporate Secretary, chief legal advisor to the Board of Directors, and Chair of the AutoNation Business Ethics Committee.

Represented large corporate and investment banking clients in a variety of mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and other transactions, and advised boards of directors and senior management on significant transactions.
