During late 2022 I was headhunted to spearhead Linkspm ltd, at the time being a property management specialist, to becoming a competing high street agency within Southampton. Having put foundations in place during the first few months we then moved into a prominent high street office at 38 London Road, SO15 2AG now known purely as Links Property.This has given a great platform to push forward.Specialising in sales, lettings and property management we will endeavour to do our utmost to be different to our direct competitors.My view for Links Property is for all our staff to be “genuine” and not be the typical hard selling estate agency. By ensuring we hit the high levels of customer service expected, attention to detail and the obvious of delivering on our products our customers will be using us for years, if not decades to come.

During 2016 I was given the opportunity to spearhead a new division of the company as previously only dealt within the lettings industry. This was something I thrived in as I love to put my all into a project. Once we agreed for this route alongside my role within Tenant Link as the senior lettings consultant it was paramount that all aspects were thoroughly thought through to cover money laundering aspects, through to the business model as a whole. I took it upon myself after studying for the ARLA that it would be a sensible idea to have the full knowledge to support me, so I studied for the NAEA as well as under took a sales and residential property NVQ level 3.Currently in our second year of trading and I have exceeded all expectations to date and even with the market currently being fairly challenging I am excited for the future months and years.

Tenant Link are a gold awarded letting agency based on London Road, Southampton. I have worked here since December 2013 and have progressed within the company from my original part-time position to now being in a senior lettings role also obtaining my ARLA membership in the process. Alongside this I studied and passed the Residential Lettings Property Management NVQ level 3.In 2017 I was awarded gold award from All Agents for customer service within my immediate post code area of SO15. Subsequently in 2018 awarded best male letting agent in SO15.
