    Leading the design team for INVNT Interactive 3D, I provided both hands-on leadership and strategic direction, creating immersive 3D environments using Unreal Engine. I united digital and physical audiences through compelling live brand storytelling and transformative user experiences. Acting as the bridge between clients, account directors, and design/technology teams, I identified key skills and talents to fill gaps and ensure successful project delivery.► As Design Lead for the Emirates Mira project, I worked closely with the Dubai team to create an immersive XR platform for training new cabin crew. This industry-first platform features photorealistic environments, custom avatars, multiplayer VR, and cross-device support, all deployed via pixel streaming. To streamline collaboration our team distributed project iterations using Perforce file management.► Collaborating with the new INVNT India team, I designed integrated physical environments enhanced with XR components, seamlessly blending immersive technology to create engaging, multi-sensory brand experiences. Clients included Fancode.com, JCB, Castrol and Tadoba Tiger Reserve.

    As the physical event landscape shifted, I explored innovative ways to engage customers through virtual spaces and events. This led to the creation of Bzar in collaboration with INVNT’s CEO—an avatar-based, gamified online shopping metaverse built in Unreal Engine. Partnering with a pixel-streaming company, a cutting-edge MMOG platform was developed at the forefront of what is now recognized as spatial computing. This project marked a pivotal moment in my career, combining creativity, technology, and forward-thinking strategy.► Created and directed the artistic vision for Bzar, overseeing both the high-resolution, pixel-streamed version and the WebGL version. Designed and pitched immersive metaworlds for global clients such as DIMMAK, Lamborghini, Emirates, Mars, Formula 1, and Dragun Beauty.► We successfully pitched a concept to unite the Emirates family of brands, leading to the creation of the Emirates Mira project at INVNT ATOM.► Built with Unreal Engine 5, I leveraged my expertise in environment creation, level design, and cinematic production while creatively overseeing a team of six developers skilled in Unreal Blueprints, C++, JavaScript, and tools like Blender and Substance. I also created and managed complex tech pipelines, collaborating closely with the CTO to contribute to the platform’s back-end development, with Perforce for version control.

Collaborating closely with creative directors and producers, from initial concept development to on-site execution, partnering closely with technical teams, fabricators, and engineers.► My contribution to the pitch team was integral in retaining Samsung Unpacked, representing a spend of US$4M annually. Environment design lead and creation of the 2021 all-digital Samsung Fold Virtual Launch event, which included projection-mapped environments and augmented reality.► Created the SAP Effect event concept, hosted by Rove McManus, in 2020 during a period of Zoom fatigue with a budget of US$300k. The talk-show-style environment comprised smaller zones for camera cuts and large screens for speaker interviews.► Key member of the team that led the XERO On-Air Broadcast Studio design, applying TV studio techniques to create live spaces optimized for camera viewing. With a budget of US$250k, I developed a dynamic set that embodied the brand identity, featuring reactive moving set pieces.► Conceptualised the US$5M Pepsi and Gatorade Pavilion environment for the World Expo in Dubai, shaping engaging experiences within purpose-built structures.

This high-profile project featured an immersive nine-chapter narrative with interactive design, large-scale AV installations, and dynamic, reactive lighting, delivering an unforgettable experience for visitors to Dubai.► Contracting with leading event agencies such as Jack Morton, Imagination, and Havas, I designed cutting-edge displays for brands such as Toyota, Lexus, and Ford at major motor shows across Europe and Hong Kong. Collaborating closely with fabricators and AV specialists, I brought creative concepts to life while working within tight timelines.► As Lead 3D Designer for the Telstra account, I developed innovative expo spaces within a multimillion-dollar budget and collaborated closely with fabricators. Key projects included the launch of the Telstra Customer Experience Centre in APAC and the design of a pop-up training environment for international support staff.
