Coached over 200 students through the process of choosing an institution and major for their bachelor’s degree, then pursuing the completion of that degree through an accelerated program.Key Achievements:Met or exceeded all metrics for quality assurance, training and continued development for my team of six coaches, resulting in a team average of over an 80 Net Promoter Score (NPS) from clients saying they would recommend their services to a friend.Spearheaded development and training on an innovative group coaching initiative which was successfully implemented in under three months with six coaches and nearly 100 students. This program saved the company 12% on staffing costs where implemented.
