Worked on a variety of projects for primary client, JP Morgan Chase that included multiple full office build-outs, pantry/restroom renovations, UPS room layouts and test-fits. Day-to-day work included but not limited to: • Attending weekly meetings with personnel from JPMorgan Chase global real estate, Metrotech facilities management and MEP engineers• Bid leveling and corresponding directly to general contractors during and after bid/negotiation phase • Managing all CAD files for construction documents sets and creating presentation material• Visiting job sites to conduct surveys and punch-lists• Working one-on-one with clients to design options for preliminary furniture layout proposals (“test fits”)• Overseeing changes to project schedules using Microsoft Project software
