Presented to and gained C-suite approval. Prepared Board presentation; also approved. • Established PMO that oversaw contracting, design, and construction of 8-figure test cell (delivered within budget and 95% on-time) and 8-figure RR Trent engine shop (within budget and on time).• Coached engine shop leadership team to implement Theory of Constraints and Lean methodologies to increase throughput and meet regulatory requirements (FAA, NTSB, DOT, EPA, EPD, OSHA).
