Member of senior team that led a team of 26. Formulated comprehensive domestic and international benefits strategy. Promoted from AVP role to VP in 2020, in recognition of continued expansion of CoE. Reported to Chief People Officer.-Led first true CoE; set standards and created model for entire organization, driving higher level of performance.-Managed 3-year roadmap, maintaining best-in-class benefits and continuing to serve as recruitment and retention tool.-Participated on Ex-Lab team to help reimagine the enterprise-wide employee experience through use of employee surveys, bench marking, and design thinking. The outcome was standardized programs and enhanced employee appreciation.Healthcare Plan:-Designed and administered 16 plans for 65K employees and inactive participants (120K total), improving lives of employees while remaining financially feasible for the company. Saved $300M in 2019 to 2023.Retirement Plan:-Designed and efficiently administered 3 pension plans (qualified, nonqualified) and 2 nonqualified deferred compensation plans for 80K participants, representing $20B in assets and liability. Saved $90M in 2019 to 2023.Wellness/Lifestyle Plan:-Partnered with 12 vendors to offer 25+ programs that engaged participants and provided education and programmatic support, tailoring approach for employees and families. Focused on key areas (physical, emotional, financial, social / environmental, purpose), created a more engaged and productive workforce with decreased claims. Worked with DEI team and ERGs to support ongoing social and environmental topics.Life, Disability & Absences:-Managed Leave and Life insurance plans, providing employee security (ranked third in employee appreciation). Saved $23M in 2021 with changes.Employee Relief Fund:-Oversaw 501(c) (3) fund for hardships, including design, fundraising, grants, and governance.M&A:-Supported 50+ transactions, including due diligence and employee onboarding to ensure seamless transitions.
