I have 37 years of experience, knowledge, expertise, as president and co-owner of two highly successful and profitable medical device companies. Both companies developed, manufactured, and marketed Radiofrequency / Electrosurgery devices and accessories in the U.S. and 80 countries Internationally. I am the named inventor of over 150 patents in Electrosurgery / Radiofrequency / Radiowave technology. My former companies ( which I sold in 2008 ) marketed RF products in the Dental, Veterinary and Medical surgical fields. The unique business model I personally developed marketed our products directly to doctors, thru medical dealers, and internationally exclusive dealer and franchise relationships. I also worked with the FDA ( beginning in 1979 ) obtaining 510k's and International regulatory registrations and licenses. I trained and coached hundreds of salespeople and developed a sales representative hiring, training and compensation model that was highly successful.
