As an associate at Sinclair Prosser Law, LLC, I advise clients in a range of Elder Law and Estate Planning needs. My practice focuses on Elder Law and medicaid planning needs but includes traditional Estate Planning techniques to assist my clients in preserving their wealth and minimizing the burden on future generations. I represent major national banking institutions in residential foreclosure actions. My primary responsibilities include reviewing and drafting of Pre foreclosure sale notices and affidavits prior to docketing the actions in counties throughout Maryland.

Assist low to moderate income senior citizens with a variety of issues affecting the elderly. Assisting Professors Sidney Shapiro and Omari Simmons conduct research. Research includes transformation of regulatory policy in the United States and the emergence of reform cycles as well as an in depth look at the role of the corporate in-house counsel as a primary means to combat legal compliance issues from within the corporation itself.

I assisted a team of attorneys with large class action Fair Labor Standards Act lawsuits. My primary responsibilities included, preparing filings for Federal Court and contacting clients and party plaintiffs to obtain assessments of damages.
