Avp - Treasury Marketing
A. Trading -Coordinates with different portfolio desks in getting available market price-Services clients requirements for all treasury products -Gives regular FX and FI quotes-Negotiates and executes deals as agreed with clients -Encodes dealt transaction in the OPICS System / PDEX / Excel as the case may be B. Marketing -Conducts marketing calls to existing and potential clients to establish rapport and identify client’s needs -Identifies potential clients within target market-Cross-sells other bank products and services, e.g. trust services, deposits, etc.-Coordinates with Account Officer in servicing and optimizing bank-client relationship-Attends client calls of group members-Furnishes clients with recent market condition and development C. Planning and Supervising -Supervises the trading and marketing activities of the group members-Reviews accounts performance with group members constantly to understand clients’ concerns and needs -Ensures attainment of the group’s set volume and income targets through effective planning and strategy formulationD. Reporting -Submits periodic performance reports to Center -Head and Division Head-Provides market feedback and account update to Desk Head and Division Head-Verifies accuracy of reports of group members-Monitors the group’s client’s foreign exchange, investment requirement and other treasury productsE. Administrative Function -Assists the Middle Market Head in conducting performance evaluation and coaching of group members-Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
