Some of the projects that were successfully completed were: 50 homes that were sitting on top of a failed retaining wall; 400+ shower seats installed incorrectly that resulted in black mold in a retirement community; 300+ failed foundations; and construction workmanship issue that effect- ed 150 townhomes.
