Key responsibilities:Amplifying the impact of College programming by securing funding and for and working through channels to promote the College’s work to benefit the general public, including those who visit our Museum and attend our events as well as those who are most commonly overlooked and underserved by medical and cultural organizations.Supervision of two teams, Development and Communications, each of which is helmed by a Director and has a focus on expanding the College’s audiences and resources.Building relationships with the College’s Board of Trustees, Fellows, and donors to create a firm financial footing for the College’s present and future growth, as well as creating true ambassadors for the College amongst those groups in order that the College might continue to expand its impact and membership.Serving as an integral member of the organization’s Senior Leadership including daily interface with College President and CEO, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer.Key deliverables:Yearly generation of $2 million in operating funds via the Annual Fund, Fellowship Dues, Membership initiatives while supplementing those funds with foundation, individual, and corporation giving to support both core programs and special initiatives.
