I am currently working as the Management Accountant at St Andrew's Hospital.Have previous experience in systems administration as well as other areas of business such as payroll and accounts and this have been able to give me a holistic overview of the business and be able to input into the overall administration of DES as a business. Process mapping of tasks, whereby identifying the ultimate outcome required of the process along with resources inputting to these tasks and what constraints must be passed. Seeking to be as efficient as possible; Documenting and reporting that distinguishes the differentiation of services allowing to detail costs of services by their nature; Gap analysis of data collection to required outcomes, and appropriate scoping of solutions to these gaps; Documentation of processes and appropriate training and assistance to staff; Participation in Senior Management Meetings and inputting into the Strategic overall direction of a business; The input into the creation of reports that facilitate processes and give the opportunity to review information held within a system Incorporating numbers of activity and costs incurred to reporting on service costs and model future scenarios Working at Domiciliary Equipment Service has been beneficial to my business understanding where I have been able to link business processes to the data that a system collects in line with the key areas for reporting.
