Rookie League Leader-in-Training (LIT) program is a free five-week leadership development course for youth age 13-15. This program provides a supportive and active environment, positive role models, and life-skills training for youth who, by virtue of their age and socioeconomic condition, lack access to any other structured summer programming.Rookie League is Jays Care's most wide-reaching baseball for development program, specially designed to use the power of baseball and the appeal of the Toronto Blue Jays to foster lasting social change and create leaders beyond the ballpark. Jays Care works with partner organizations across the country to enhance the life skills, physical health, and positive self-identity of participating youth.

Challenger Baseball is Jays Care's adaptive baseball program specifically designed to empower children, youth, and adults living with physical and/or cognitive disabilities. Challenger Baseball ensures every athlete has the opportunity to play in a fun and safe environment where they learn to become more independent, build confidence, improve their communication skills, and set and achieve their own personal goals.

Home Run Scholars programs are dynamic and accessible after-school programs that support children in Toronto Community Housing in grades 1 to 8. Home Run Scholars programs provide a safe, fun, and inclusive environment aimed at improving academic performance and after-school behavior while promoting the physical, social, and emotional well-being of participants.- Develop, and execute STEM programming with youth between the ages of 6 - 12- Ensure that each day of virtual programming (via Zoom) offers the highest quality of programming to all participants (including a clear schedule, a variety of well-planned activities, a chance for participants to develop skills and self-confidence, and a chance for them to build meaningful and positive connections with peers and staff)- Team expert in virtual youth engagement, instructional design, and program facilitation- Create and implement behaviour management strategies that promote positive behaviours and create action plans for internal conflicts among staff, parents, community organizations, and/or participants- Ensure that all aspects of virtual clubs are designed to support an emotionally and physically safe online experience for all participants and staff- Communicate with clients regarding program or initiative questions, concerns, and requests for accommodation- Lead staff debriefs, prepare program reports for superiors and daily administrative responsibilities (record keeping/registration/client retention)

The Jack of Sports Foundation created a unique adaptive "Camp at Home" program so families and children who prefer an exclusive experience have access to personalized recreational programming during the summer season of 2020. Operating out of "Host Houses", the Camp at Home program functioned based on public health "Social Bubble" guidelines. Our goal was to create the highest quality and safest possible day camp for multisport, art, and science-themed programming. - Coordinated the efficient and effective function of a new COVID-19 considerate day camp program- Managed 2 program office assistants and up to 45 off-site employees- Connect with parents, coaches, campers, and peers to discuss problems, create solutions, whilst ensuring a quality camp experience- Schedule, pay, terminate, manage and educate coaches to work effectively with our diverse client base and their children- Interviewed, hired, and trained camp employees and coordinated daily agendas, and supervision of all at home camp programs- Liaise with client services regarding program administration: registration, communications, processing payments/refunds, applying company credits, and updating databases/records
