In this role, I managed an online and print assortment of over 36,000 individual product SKUs within a PIM system, keeping content logs up to date and managing orders for in-house photography and video production. I lead a team of writers to optimize individual PDP’s to grow organic site traffic based on competitor analysis and opportunities for targeted keyword-based copy, using tools in Semrush and industry-standard SEO best practices. I also managed the Product Optimization Project, which involved generating reports, assigning writers to item batches, and reviewing/approving all completed content.I created new, engaging, and meaningful web and print content, optimized for SEO and web traffic using data analytics tools and product FABs. This involved collaborating with our Merchandising team to facilitate item setups. Finally, I spearheaded the planning, production, and page building of yearly catalogs. I was responsible for deleting discontinued items, strategizing the addition and promotion of new products, and maintaining the Digital Asset web structure which houses all web and print content. I also facilitated proofreading of product pages, digital and print publications, SEO copy, and cross-channel marketing content.

In this role, I kept inventory of each vehicle in dealership stock, while also ensuring all cars were prepared for test drives, display, and eventual sale. For each monthly product allocation, I designed and ordered all new MINI vehicles through an internal retail management program (BMW DCS), tracking each car from production through to arrival at the dealership. I maintained extensive product knowledge to answer any and all client questions related to the MINI brand, and was responsible for delivering each customer’s new vehicle, going over all options and features during and post-sale. On the marketing side, I created meaningful and engaging content for the dealership social media accounts on a weekly basis. I was responsible for photography of each vehicle for dealership electronic media, populating product pages, documentation of sales and corporate events, and keeping up to date information on new products and incentives from MINI USA.

In this position, I guided customers through the buying process, from initial product demonstrations and test drives through to the signing of final contracts and vehicle delivery. I excited customers about the MINI brand through a genuine passion for the product, a relaxed and friendly demeanor, and a willingness to transparently answer questions and address concerns. I utilized a CRM system (Reynolds & Reynolds) to follow-up with existing clients, contact new prospects and leads, and document each interaction, visit, appointment, and sale. I successfully maximized sales of a niche brand in a highly competitive automotive retail market, with our dealership consistently earning regional sales awards.

I started working at my local Kroger store in 2013, beginning as a front end associate, where I worked to efficiently guide customers through the checkout process. I also performed general store tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, answering guest questions, and inventory management. I was later cross-trained in multiple departments, working at the self-checkout area, in the fuel center, at the customer service desk, and in our state liquor store. In 2016, I was promoted to an assistant position within the liquor department. In this role, I assisted with weekly product orders, facilitated deliveries, built visually-appealing planograms, provided friendly customer service, and collaborated with vendor representatives to promote seasonal products and specialty items.
