This role was responsible for coordinating production schedules at Panasonic's factories (in Japan and Taiwan) and customer deadlines to deliver Panasonic Toughbooks. Our 10-person team was responsible for moving more than 33,000 laptops and tablets in 2021 alone. I was responsible for setting, maintaining, and altering production targets to stay on track with our promised on-site dates. In the time I served in this role, we did not miss a single date, despite a number of close calls (COVID, supply chain issues, and the chip shortage to name a few). The job required a keen eye, an honest and open communication with Panasonic and customers, a strong ability to motivate, and a 'do what it takes' attitude.
