As a Associate production manager at brightview landscape services i do a wide variety of different things.• Make sure that crews are holding a high quality of service to our customers• Handle any customer complaints• Communicate with customer property managers pertaining to complains or requests that they may have.• Manage job hours for individual maintenance jobs• Schedule jobs for the week and make sure that all jobs are complete by the end of the week.• assist with organizing work order jobs and assisting with them getting done according to plan.• Making sure that all brightview employees are abiding by all safety rules and procedures• If we have an incident happen on site i will communicate with property managers and explain how something may of happened and make plans to get any damage fixed.• submit incident reports to our safety team and branch leaders.• work closely with account managers to ensure customers remain happy with all services that they are paying for.• work with and assist account managers with enhancement jobs.• Fix any equipment break downs that may happenOverall I would say that i manage the maintenance department and make sure that all things are completed and run smooth, safe and efficiant to abide by company operating procedures.

At outdoor logistics I manage the mowing department under the owner of the company. I dispatch crews to there daily routes while running a mowing of my own every day dealing with problems that occurs with different crews. Manage the maintenance of the company equipment making sure that everything is operating as it should. Handle problems between employees and also handle quality of our work as a company making sure everyone is following company expectations. Also handle emails and phone calls from customers and handle customer relations and customer service would also hand any enhancement estimates for new or established customers, dispatched other mowing crews for the day. Enter in new clients into computer system, do hiring and firing of clients. So basically do it all while running a crew of my own so multi tasking skills are strong.
