Performer Magazine touts their music for it's "schizophrenic versatility.."lespecial has shared stages with members of Jurassic 5, Buckethead, Chromeo, Tipper, Heyoka, Lettuce, Ott, Schpongle, Tony Levin, and much more.They threw their inaugural festival "lespeshtival" in October 2011, featuring a fully immersive harvest decor, 25 bands on 2 stages, a sell out crowd, and a massive multi-generational potluck feast.

Underground music school, rehearsal space, and community hub responsible for inspiring local youth to sing, dance, strum, and drum their way through life. The music cellar has fostered several musical projects and ensembles and empowered local youth with participatory musical skills sometimes at no charge for those who cannot afford to pay.The music cellar and its instructors have worked with the following institutions: Kildonan School for dyslexia and learning disabilities, Berkshire School, Region 1 Arts Day at Hotchkiss School, Housatonic Valley Regional High School, Lee H Kellogg Elementary, Salisbury Central School, Webutuck Middle School, Cornwall Child Center, North Canaan Daycare, and many more.
