I was born and raised in California, and came to Japan in 2018.I've worked a variety of jobs such as an EMT, English teacher, and now Software Engineer. I started my journey by taking the Code Chrysalis Foundations course where I learned some programming basics with JavaScript. After that, I studied solo by using Udemy and learning React and other technologies. Later on, I was determined to pass the Code Chrysalis Immersive technical application. After a few attempts, I was accepted. I learned Full Stack engineering with agile methodologies and became part of a great community.
