Hello, I have been cooking for over 22 years now. I began at a BBQ restuarant in 2000 and have loved working with food and in kitchens ever since. In 2004 I graduated from the International Culinary Center in NYC. After that I worked at fine dining restaurants and luxury resorts for many years. I also got lots of catering and managerial experience during that time as well. For family reasons, I decided to move back to Arkansas and began working as a personal chef catering to small parties in peoples homes. Everything from BBQ's to 10 course meals. When covid hit I was forced to do something else and pretty much the only ones hiring were hospitals. So I took a sous chef job with Morrison Healthcare. I've been there 2.5 years but looking to move on somewhere new. I have extensive knowlege with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques, as well as, Chef/Supervisor in small and large kitchens.
