Jon M Hall Company was established in 1974. As CEO and COB for 37 years, (through January 2009) and the help of my staff (210 strong), we became the most notable and longest-running group of site contractors in Central Florida. I continue to stay involved as a company advisor. For the past 20 years, I have channeled my avid entrepreneurial spirit into helping rising organizations exceed their potential. My belief in the positive power of technology brought me to my current position as Partner & Chairman of the Board at Web Courseworks, a full service eLearning company providing associations, corporations, higher educational institutions and government agencies the opportunity to improve performance through education and technology.My business interests and my passion for philanthropy are combined with service as a volunteer and board member for a variety of organizations. Through my work, I know how technology can facilitate positive educational outcomes for underserved populations. An active instructor for Junior Achievement of Central Florida for over 15 years teaching leadership skills at the middle and high school levels; the integrated approach of instructor-led and online course material creates a well-rounded approach to teaching the value of workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy to a young audience.Specialties: Government affairs liaison, business development, along with management and general business consulting with the purpose of developing and growing emerging companies.
