I was embedded in a full-stack team responsible for ad-hoc requests as well as live opsmaintenance and new feature work on the D&D Beyond web app. I launched the OneD&D user flows, including marketing landing page, claim process, and reimaginedcontent pages. I also gathered user feedback and conducted analysis for proposedfeature redesign.

The Percero team was purchased by V2Solutions. Though the title narrowed, the projects did not. As the lead designer for the company I oversaw and directly worked on several rebrandings, multitudes of UI and UX sprints for startups and enterprises alike, and print collateral for various purposes. I worked with the existing team, introducing new tools and methodologies. I rebranded the company and designed nearly all of the sales and marketing materials during my time.

My previous employer consolidated the team into this product-driven company and I was, while not engaged with clients, developing a brand and UI for an app-development platform that has since evolved under a different company. I again simultaneously designed UI elements, branding, and marketing materials for both the company and it's clients often in extremely short sprints.

We were a design and development freelance team. As the only designer on the team, I was responsible for interacting directly with both the clients and our development team on UX/UI, branding, and marketing. Our timelines were often, due to various constraints, two weeks or less. This necessitated agile discernment as to the core features and spirit of the projects.

As a contract editor I oversaw the copyediting, but, also, on occasion was afforded opportunities to create the graphics that accompanied the articles. This experience gave me a new visual, hands-on window into the game design, development, and marketing cycle that I had not had previously.

I quickly rose through the ranks in shipping, development, playtest, and finally brand management. I was active in every stage of publishing tabletop games. Marketing, art direction, development, playtest, editing, customer service, packaging, etc. This is where I discovered that my true love is solving problems.
