  First Niagara Financial Group inc- As a Customer Service Representative I work as an intermediary and customer advocate between outward facing and back offices in order to provide an excellent customer experience on the behalf of the bank. I have become expressly familiar with banking operations and regulations. I have become expert in my understanding of banking services, loans, and deposit products. I have familiarized myself with all of the required applications, request forms and government regulations so that I may service these products. As a growing regional bank my department is the front lines for all customer needs. My primary role is telephone customer service, however due to the nature of my work I work closely with almost all offices and departments of the bank from collections to legal to Executive offices. I have shadowed in first Niagara's learning and development offices. Over and above my day to day functions as a CSR I have had the opportunity to help with new hire training, and creating useful job-aids
