Responsibilities:➢Use Centricity Practice Solution to report mid-month and end of month practice statistics for encounters and RVUs. Maintains integrity of reporting worksheets, adding providers and/or locations as necessary➢Prepare and distribute Monthly Statistics and encounter report, as well as monthly Access and Redesign reports.➢Extract, report, and analyze data generated primarily from the Electronic Medical Record software, Centricity Practice Solution which is backed by Microsoft SQL Server. Also used Access extensively to assist in extracting data from EMR database.➢Communicate with Practice Managers to ensure timely completion of data reports.➢Track data errors noted in preparation of monthly reports, notifying applicable managers of errors and follows up to ensure integrity of data.➢Monitor SpiceWorks report submission server for new report requests.➢Advises Data Systems Manager and Operational Development and/or Chief Operating Officer and Executive Medical Director regarding quality assurance findings that are lower than expected and assists in developing a plan of corrective action.
