Managed the Technology Transfer of a >$10MM new production line at Ecolab's Chalons France plant. Led the cross-functional team consisting of Packaging Engineering, MPD, and plant engineering to ensure the production line was installed with equipment meeting the engineering specifications and capable of producing products that meet quality metrics. Collaborated with key vendors and project team members to design and implement Factory and Site Acceptance Testing to validate equipment performance prior to line start-up. Provided on-site process training, support, and documentation to the local production team.

Included post-Launch responsibilities for providing technical training and support to Field Sales in the form of hands-on demonstration, troubleshooting guides, and use cost calculators as well as supporting Marketing in the development of customer facing brochures and training videos. The Ecolab Cleaning Caddy received the 2011 National Restaurant Association Kitchen Innovation Award.
