I'm an experienced software CTO and CIO, with a specific focus on architecture and innovation in the enterprise software space. Within that role, I excel in growing teams of developers, building roadmaps that facilitate innovation while also maintaining the stability of the core product, and providing strategic leadership on both the technical and business sides of software development. Beyond that, I am also an expert in software compliance; I've successfully completed dozens of SOC Audits, authored comprehensive information security policies, and brought multiple software platforms into compliance with GDPR and other global privacy standards.Throughout my career, I've been passionate about programming and still take a very hands on role as a senior software developer. For over 18 years, I've run a boutique software development company that has worked on hundreds of projects ranging from small mobile apps for startups to large financial platforms for Fortune 500 companies. Currently, I'm focused on exploring the possibilities of generative AI within enterprise software through the use of custom large language models.I've served for over 12 years as the CTO and CIO of a commercial real estate firm, which has given me a platform to lead teams building cutting edge real estate software. That role has allowed me to put all of the aforementioned skills to use, where I've helped grow Fischer's technology division into a world class software company.
