Managing a fleet of Volvo Rigid Readymix Trucks in multiple locations across the South Coast from Poole to Ashford , East Anglia, Home Counties and Northamptonshire. improvement in Productivity along with increasing Revenue whilst reducing Down time through regular visits and driver engagement.

Managing a fleet of over 100 traction units, delivering to over 250 stores from Penzance to Wolverhampton, Milford Haven to Brighton and everything inbetween. Have 180 fulltime drivers and over 50 agency drivers covering any working week.
