From the spin-off of Lamb Weston to the sale of a multibillion-dollar private brands business, I’ve been at the helm, ensuring our messaging is clear, compelling, and consistent. Beyond the office, I’m deeply committed to my board work, serving organizations like the Grammy Museum, Rock and Soul Forever foundation, Gilda’s Club, Alzheimer’s Association and Make-A-Wish. I established Conagra Brands’ first Communications Center of Excellence (CoE), bringing together internal and external communications, community investment, public affairs, and corporate events to ensure message alignment and cross-functional collaboration. I also repositioned employee communications as a strategic partner to senior management and the Board, launching a weekly online feature that engages and educates our 17,000+ employees worldwide. This initiative has resulted in ~95% of employees understanding the company’s strategy and having confidence in its future.
