I was employed by DIDATA as a Systems Engineer responsible for managing and maintaining all group systems and within a year I was promoted to Senior Systems engineer.Key roles and projects include:• Managing and maintaining the Virtual Environments (VMWare and Hyper-V) within DIDATA’s global datacentres.• Planned, coordinated and performed the datacentre migration for our primary datacentre.• Managed and maintained the Group’s Directory Services/Active Directory and external domains. Handled and performed multiple domain migrations• Managed and maintained the Group’s Exchange server and assisted regions with all exchanged related challenges they were experiencing.• Deployed, managed and maintained the Group’s IAM (Identity and Access Management) system which included FIM, ADFS, UAG, WAP and RSA systems.
