I have been working in Sport Development since 2008 after leaving University with a BA (Hons) in Sports Coaching. I have development my skills, knowledge and expertise over the last 15 years in various roles.I have delivered grassroots physical activity and wellbeing programmes across Sport, Leisure and Charity sectors. To date I have played a key role in securing over £5 million worth of funding through my various roles. I have held a senior management role for over 5 years and have been a stand in Managing Director as maternity cover, with overall business operations responsibility and leading board meetings.

During my time as Development Officer I have supported 3 County Sports Partnerships who were Hotspots for 2016 and funded to deliver on targets.
