Setting, aligning and communicating the strategy (2-5 years) is a key part of the role performed in conjunction with some sister sites.As a member of the site Extended Leadership Team become involved in site initiatives and acted as a champion for Global Production Systems (GPS) in OSD.Being an active sponsor on significant capital projects to ensure business goals are achieved, for example installation of new compression suites (approx £2million capital) to upgrades of control systems to reduce operator interventions.
