At CGI I work both as a DCS (Director consultant services) and as a project manager. As a DCS I am a manager of a team of currently 10 people in Örnsköldsvik. I'm responsible of developing the business as well as developing the human resources. As a IT project manager I´ve been involved in small and large projects. Both in business projects and in projects with highly technical nature.I have also worked as a pre-study leader. The projects have involved contacts of both national and international character, and with a distributed nature of the project organization. The projects have been conducted and governed according to the customer project management methods and system processes, which means that I have experience with both traditional methods and development processes such as Pejl and RUP but also the experience of agile methodologies such as Scrum. Another important characteristics of the projects has been to IT security and quality. I am structured, stress and purposeful.
