Operation and maintenance on the Artel Multichannel Verification System (MVS). Created and maintain excel spreadsheets for Preventative Maintenance schedule and parts list for lab equipment. Update and manage lab equipment asset database using iOffice and iStatus. Communicate and troubleshoot equipment issues with technical support personnel and end users while scheduling and coordinating vendor equipment service repairs, if necessary. Update end users on work order system with service details and schedules. . Respond quickly to work assignments based on task priority levels. Perform other department tasks as needed.
