In the role as an Senior Executive Advocate (SEA), I will lead the strategic projects and business initiatives that will drive further improvements in business revenue and cost reduction, on how we deliver outstanding Technical Account Manager (TAM) value to our clients via the IBM Expert Care program.As an SEA, I continue to work as an SME and consultant on IBM FlashSystems , DS8900F and DS8880 products plus the new IBM Storage Fusion systems. The Executive Technical Advocate enhances end-to-end support within the IBM Client Care program.

I am currently working as a Executive Technical Advocate on IBM FlashSystems , DS8900F and DS8880 products plus the new IBM Storage Fusion systems . The Executive Technical Advocate enhances end-to-end support within the IBM Client Care program. The ETA program is an integrated approach for a proactive and comprehensive coordinated support service at a consultant level.The ETA role is designed to assist the customer from the pre-sales stage right though to the implementation and running of the systems, and to support them throughout the life of the product. The role is one of a subject matter expert (SME) and consultant level, also assisting the Technical Account Manager (TAM) role available through IBM Expert Care
