Current>Provide advice and counsel to leaders in the United States and Canada that impact every aspect of employment and personnel-related risks. This includes managing employment litigation, advising on complex employment issues, and navigating risky people-focused dilemmas. >Advise leaders on high-risk emerging initiatives, e.g., Future of Work, COVID 19 response, pay equity, inclusion strategies, and remote work.>Create clear practices and strategies that enable leaders to navigate dicey personnel issues with confidence and a reality-bases understanding of risk.>Co-Chair for the Legal Diversity Committee, which is focused on expanding the aperture of legal professionals globally to inspire folks to value the power of diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
