Various roles starting from Stock Processor, through to Supervisor, and then to Department Manager in 2003.For 3 years I managed an extensive new stores program which was in excess of 150 store openings, primarily overseeing the fulfilment of product for these openings, but ultimately with the remit of reducing handover to store opening periods.Over the course of the 3 year period, we reduced this period from c. 2 weeks to consistently 1/2 days with incrimental sales of £10m benefiting the business.2006 - 2008 took the role of General Manager overseeing the Birmingham Fulfilment Centre for hmv, prior to my next role as Senior Warehouse Manager.
