Responsible for managing the day to day operations of a 45-55 employee company from sales to construction to client service.

Responsible for $2 million in sales per year, in addition to supervising between 2-4 other sales people.

Managed approximately 5-8 projects at a time. Responsible for project sales, organizing construction, client interaction, quality control, field layout, etc.

JoPa Imports is an import company specializing in importing hardscape equipment from Europe as well as stone paving from Asia. Responsible for pricing, ordering and delivery of products.

Youth Build Lake County is a non-profit organization based in North Chicago, IL serving youth 18-26, primarily from North Chicago, Waukegan, Zion & Round Lake, providing construction training through building low income green houses, education (opportunity to achieve their GEDs), job training and job placement. Member of Board of Directors for 5 plus years. Currently Chairman of the Green Building Team, which focuses on providing green building construction training for disadvantaged youth, as well as green building for low income houses and networking opportunities for those in the green building industry. Also Chairman of the Construction Coalition which focuses on building connections with the union trades and ultimately job placements for YBLC trainees.
