Citi (Cards Division) issues and processes credit cards for Citibank. LEAD ANALYST • Won Quality Excellence Award for leading effort to establish CitiFlex loans and thereby increase profits from loans.• Won several Star Player Awards from business contacts and peers for my efforts on many different projects, such as my handling of table changes and release management. • Led team effort to modify programs and JCL to manage Federal Reserve Bank Prime Rate changes, which enables credit card system to automate these changes as often as monthly.• Built and administered a new table needed for rewards processing, which allowed proper rewards information to be displayed to the customer.• Supported regular processing, creation, and updates of Tablebase tables for both batch and online environments.• Supported system that processed batch applications from DB2 table to credit decision engine and set up overrides for them in each software release to Production.• Assisted in creation of a new system for business card processing, including the creation of a new DB2 table to support terms disclosure for the Internet and the batch process to update it.• Coordinated change management for team using Service Now, Infoman, and Changeman through several software releases, working with full team in preparing software movement to Production environment and other groups to receive approvals for software promotion to Production.• Supported batch process that reports new Secured Card accounts, sends them on a daily basis to an outside vendor, and worked on a team to change its transmission method from NDM to FTP then to Secured FTP.• Led team effort to manage table updates and make them via both MS Access and internal FEA (Front-end Application) tool, which allow our marketing team to make its own table updates.
