I hold an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Franklin University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to lead, manage, and grow a complex and dynamic business.In my current role, I oversee the operations, performance, and growth of 113 stores in the Ohio region, leading a team of talented and diverse professionals who are committed to delivering excellent customer service, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving sales and profitability. I also partner with senior management, vendors, and community stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and ensure compliance.
