 Reporting to the KNDL Managing Director, provide quality, safety, health, environment and fleet compliance advice and guidance to the Senior Leadership Team whilst also working with the Kuehne + Nagel central QSHE team on UK, European and Global QSHE projects and initiatives. Remotely manage a team of 9 (with 6 direct reports) covering Safety, Health, Environment, Operational Training, claims and fleet compliance. QSHE accountability for 35 locations including 6 distribution… Show more  Reporting to the KNDL Managing Director, provide quality, safety, health, environment and fleet compliance advice and guidance to the Senior Leadership Team whilst also working with the Kuehne + Nagel central QSHE team on UK, European and Global QSHE projects and initiatives. Remotely manage a team of 9 (with 6 direct reports) covering Safety, Health, Environment, Operational Training, claims and fleet compliance. QSHE accountability for 35 locations including 6 distribution centres, 21 depots, 4 customer site-embedded operations and all associated support functions (equating to around 2,800 people). Manage the QSHE budget ensuring sufficient resource is available to ensure all relevant risks identified are managed accordingly through the annual QSHE improvement plan (using Hoshin Kanri methodology). Working with customers and contract partners to improve working conditions and reduce accidents at brewery sites and at the final delivery points. Business unit lead for major incident reporting including subsequent investigations and implementing improvements to prevent re-occurrences. Encourage and drive achievement of QSHE performance across the business, leading and promoting a culture of proactive safety management.
