Manager Of Operations
Current*Oversees Maintenance Division: responsibilities include creating and reconciling contracts, managing schedule for maintenance and installations (more details below), creating and maintaining worksheets for visits, communicating directly with current and potential clients, coordinating with project managers for new project installations, coordinating and ordering plants and other materials as needed, ordering inventory and additional items as needed, interviewing potential gardeners and relevant office staff, occasional invoicing as needed (QuickBooks), developing and implementing Crew Training Day, and a variety of other miscellaneous responsibilities. Is primary point-of-contact in office (yep, that's my voice on the voicemail menu). *Manages schedule for new installations and maintenance appointments for multiple crew teams and Irrigation & Lighting Specialist: coordinates 100+ clients with varying frequency of visits for both garden and irrigation/lighting maintenance. Sends detailed daily schedule emails outlining the following day's plan, specific items/tools required, and details regarding access or timing. Creates accompanying worksheets with this information for the crew to reference and fill out. Communicates directly with field staff and clients throughout each day as needed to resolve any issues, any answer questions, and be as efficient as possible.*Built and manages website eclld.com. Produces/edits videos for website, internal use, and training. *Jumps in where needed in the field to get in some fresh air and good old manual labor.
