Over 15 years working in progressively responsible roles including underwriting and structuring commercial credit, underwriting team lead, final credit approval, portfolio risk management, quality assurance testing, issue management, and enterprise risk administration. Managed three different teams responsible for the enterprise credit policy function, analysis of economic trends relating to specific industry segments, and independent risk related quality assurance reviews.

Underwriter of conventional (C&I and CRE) and SBA program business loans. Responsible for all aspects of SBA program eligibility determination, as well as regulatory compliance to ensure continuation of preferred lending status.

Identify new SBA program lending opportunities, work with clients to secure funding, manage existing client relationships.
