When Jon worked for IRM, he helped implement the ER (Emergency room) module in Meditech for some of the Providence facilities. Through this experience he specifically learned great customer service and how to help endusers with EHR's which he then modeled for all of our team. I witnessed patience and great support provided to endusers. He is able to teach people how to use computers, utilize evidence-based practice, and provide a recommended workflow for job productivity - including and especially for physicians. On our team, Jon was the expert for many of our applications including Dragon, Haiku, and Canto. Jon helped our users use these interfaced applications with Epic, our current EHR. Dragon is a voice-recognition software and Haiku/Canto are the phone/tablet apps for Epic, respectively. Jon was also the expert Ambulatory Epic support and was credentialed in Epic Inpatient Physician/Provider. He also greatly supported the Emergency Room and the Radiology department. I recommend Jon as a nurse and as an informaticist. He will continue to be successful in both roles. "
