With assistance from my IT staff, and others, we were able to overhaul the network infrastructure, replace exam room pcs, reallocate virtual system resources on all application servers and installed dual load balancers that lead to a 99% uptime.Took over management of the company helpdesk and converted it to 24/7/365.Drove the conversion of our existing EMR database from Oracle MYSQL to Microsoft MSSQL.Identified the solution, negotiated the purchase lease and oversaw all deployment aspects of a new Avaya VOIP phone system for the organization.My expertise crosses a number of boundaries: manufacturing, education, cable and healthcare.
