With over 10 years of experience in education and mentoring, I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic and personal goals. As an Admissions Recruiter at New Mexico State University, I work with prospective students and their families, providing them with information, guidance, and support throughout the admission process. I also collaborate with other recruiters, faculty, and staff to develop and implement outreach and recruitment strategies that attract and retain a diverse and talented student body. Previously, I was a Student Recruiter at the University of New Mexico, where I received the Jon Ingram Certificate for excellence in student recruitment and retention. I also have experience as an Athletic Director at Santa Fe Indian School, where I managed the athletic program and coached students in various sports. My skills include education, mentoring, staff development, communication, and relationship building.
