I am the Founder of MsBits. My motto is "Technology Made Simple!"Too often, there is a level of confusion between the technical team and management. Management is focused on achieving their goals, but need clarification on how a certain technology will enhance the strategic objectives. On the other hand, the technical team sees the technological benefits, but do not understand how it affects organizational workflow. This is where MsBits comes in and provides Business IT services that manages existing technology to collaborate with organizational goals. I pride MsBits and our team on active collaboration to understand the client's existing infrastructure and maximize the ROI for the technical investment.Prior to MsBits, I worked in Telecommunication, Food and Beverage, Staffing, Software, IT Managed Services, and Enterprise IT industries. I have a proven track record of implementing various technical systems and infrastructures, both internally for my employers and externally for my clients. I am Microsoft Certified (Modern Desktop Administrator Associate). Currently, I am working towards PMP certification and additional Microsoft Certification.

  As a team, MsBits is aware of the continual technological improvements occurring within the IT industry. However, our team understands the importance of collaboration and proper procedures on implementing potential changes. On my end, I have managed multiple IT Infrastructure/security enhancement projects. My experience with Stakeholders allows me to coordinate with my team on proper planning and risk analysis before introducing any changes at the organizational level. I also work alongside clients to proactively look for infrastructure improvements.
